Exercises did what I needed them to do, not too hard or easy.
Need some more equipment.

The physios took an interest and explained procedure and exercises. They did not discharge me until I was ready and one willing for me to self-refer if pain gets worse in the future. I found them caring and helpful.

The exercises class is very good, you need other people and the people running it are very good and caring for me this was better than the one to one.

Great care. No waiting times. Exercises easily explained. Problem sorted out within a few months. Good choice of appointment times.
